Splitsville (Downtown Disney) – This is strictly a gluten-free menu. Check with the restaurant for additional offerings.


Blazing Chicken: Grilled chicken tenderloins tossed in our spicy Buffalo sauce and served with ranch dressing – $11
Edamame: Steamed and served with kosher salt – $6
Seared Ahi Tuna: Seared and served with avocado, scallions, and a side of tataki sauce – $15

Spicy Tuna: Fresh tuna, spicy mayo, cucumber, and scallions. Drizzled with sriracha hot chili sauce – $12

The Alberto: No rice, just lean protein and veggies. Spicy tuna and avocado rolled in thinly sliced cucumber and served with lemon ponzu sauce – $13

Fantasy Roll: A sushi dream come true! Fresh salmon, ahi tuna, cucumber, avocado and steamed shrimp are rolled in soy paper and drizzled with spicy kimchee ponzu sauce – $18

GF Cheese: Our signature gluten free crust topped with mozzarella cheese and fresh tomato sauce – $16

Gluten Free + 3: Add your choice of three toppings to our GF cheese: pepperoni, bacon, black olives, broccoli, red peppers, grilled chicken, mushrooms, onions – $18

Mahi Mahi with Voodoo Shrimp: Blackened mahi mahi topped with grilled shrimp and our spicy voodoo sauce, served with sushi rice and vegetables – $25

Grilled Salmon with Broccoli: Fresh salmon is grilled and topped with mango chutney and served with broccoli and sushi rice – $23

Fiesta Chicken Bowl: Grilled chicken breast, “fiesta” veggies are stir-fried in tataki sauce and served with sushi rice. Topped with avocado and cilantro – $15

Steak Fajita Bowl: Grilled marinated steak is served with sauteed red and green peppers, onions, then drizzled with tataki sauce. Served with sushi rice and cilantro – $18

Asian Shrimp Bowl: Grilled shrimp, stiry-fry veggies and sushi rice topped with kimchee, tataki sauce, and green onions – $16

Spicy Veggie Bowl: Broccoli, red and green peppers, onions, and mushrooms are stir-fried in spicy kimchee tataki sauce and topped with avocado and green onions – $13

Entree Salads
Turkey BLT: Roasted turkey, iceberg and romaine lettuces are chopped with avocado, tomatoes, bacon, red onion, and crumbled blue cheese. Served with blue cheese dressing – $15

Ahi Tuna: Sushi-grade tuna seared and served over spring mix with avocado and Asian pear dressing – $16
